An emotional Connecticut Chief state medical examiner H. Wayne Carver II said in the massacre town of Newtown that in his three decades in practice, the shooting was the 'worst I know of any of my colleagues having seen'.
The tiny victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting on Friday have been identified, with all 20 students shot aged six and seven.
